How it works

5% at Tata brands paid directly (list: Tata 1mg, bigbasket, Croma, Air India Express, Tata CLiQ, IHCL, Westside, Qmin, Tata Play, Cult, Titan, Tanishq, Air India). Buying on the Tata Neu app with NeuPass adds another 5%. Grocery NeuCoins capped at 2,000/month. Tata Neu app shows up to 10% (5% plus 5% with NeuPass on select categories). Air India and Air India Express bookings earn 5% NeuCoins as a Tata brand.

Caps & rules

• Extra 5% NeuCoins on selected categories when bought on the Tata Neu app/website with NeuPass (so up to 10% there).
• NeuCoins on grocery, utilities, telecom and insurance each capped at 2,000 per month.
• UPI: 0.5% (+1% with Tata Neu UPI ID), capped at 500 NeuCoins per month.
