You can redeem through ICICI Bank's NetBanking portal or the iMobile Pay app. On NetBanking, go to the Credit Cards page, click Reward Points, then Redeem Online, and browse the available items. Physical catalogue orders typically arrive at your registered address within about 10 working days, and you'll get an order ID to track the request.
